  Excellent, honest service. Brought a key from Ada that they kept saying would 'be in next week' to finally have a key made but didn't bring vehicle as it's my ex's, but was totally honest about liking have the vehicle there to test both door & ignition. Sure enough ignition works but not door... unknown outcome through ex but anyone who's honest, especially in service industry nowadays is a rarity so I highly recommend this place!

  Poor customer service. I lost my car keys. So, my husband recommended me this place. I had to request two sets of keys. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to arrive and I had to pay to get them to order the full amount. About ~$450. When I had to go and pick them up. They first realized, they got the wrong key. So, I had to wait another week to get my car's keys again. When I arrived today (Monday Morning at 9: 00 am), the two ladies at the front desk had a very bad attitude. I don't think they are adequate for customer service. One of the ladies was very aggressive because she could not listen to me (maybe because I was wearing my mask) but she could have been gentle about it, (I mean she gets paid to be at the front desk and talk to clients). Second, the first lady talks to a second one (with even a worse attitude than the first one) about me having an appointment for coding my car key. The second one told me that I never confirmed my appointment and she was not aware of my showing up and she was not aware that I order the wrong key. However, I provided my car with specifications, they were in charge of ordering the right remote control. Then, the first lady said that in the system my appointment was confirmed. The second lady role her eyes and said to a tech I guess someone has to code the remote. She looked aggressive to the techs, angrily took the key they wrongly did before, and separated the control from the key. She could not separate them. Then, she sent one of the techs with the new key and control to code it for my car. I think, they may have internal work issues but a good company should not show how bad are in front of a client. The two techs I talked to were way nicer and had a better attitude towards working on a Monday morning than the two ladies at the front desk. For a company that charges you a full price ahead, I believe, customer service needs to improve a lot. If the two or one of the ladies is/are the owners and has/have this attitude (yikes for sure), I will never come back there and never recommend this place to anyone. If they are not, the owners and clients need to know about how the staff handles the company business and customer service.

  Professional and knowledgeable staff! I called a few other locksmiths first ,they all quoted around $100. I called Dons and they didn't quote a price , but I liked what said. I drove to Norman from OKC and had three keys made for $9. Highly recommend Don's!
