  Not happy with the contractor who was assigned to me. Man who called me to get information for the job before coming was rude and during the conversation seemed to make a number of snarky remarks. After setting up appointment called back within five minutes to cancel due to being able to remove car key myself and was informed if I cancelled he would not help me going forward and then proceeded to hang up on me. As a customer I do not feel this was an appropriate contractors number for shop owner reference is 928-587-22zero7

  Not given a real receipt, instead given one that was hand written on notebook paper. Customer service was absolutely terrible. I called three times to get a receipt emailed and the email was never sent. The last time I called I was told that I was not going to get an emailed receipt because a technician stopped working for them or something like that. I told them that I paid for their service so I asked if they can just make a receipt. They said they “can’t forge receipts “. The ended with me saying that they better come up with something and them hanging up on me rudely. I call back and get no answer. Sounds like one a big scam to me especially considering that i was charged 169, a lot for a simple lockout.

  From the time a service call was requested our technician, Angel, arrived within 20 minutes or less. He was professional, friendly, had superior service and went out of his way to explain the pricing and process. He reassured us that we’d be back inside our home soon. The pricing was simple and fair. He made us feel like valued customers by the way he treated us from the minute he arrived to when he left. You don’t receive this kind of service often, so hire more folks like Angel and make sure to retain them. As he is an asset to your business! Thank you Angel for being awesome!
