  The technician was wonderful and the work he did was excellent. Unfortunately, the price was too high for me to have all the work done I wanted to have done. Replacing my front door lock cost $250 and they wanted another $180 to rekey this side door. I just wanted my locks changed to feel more secure in my home. I did not anticipate having to pay such a high price.

  Very quick to arrive to do the job after only 2 hours from placing a call for service. Very friendly. Well priced. Super efficient in getting the job of six lock replacements completed (no more than 15-20 minutes). I highly recommend Richmond Locksmiths. Also, Eric the locksmith is a military veteran and likely the owner.
