  Excellent Customer Service. Called for a re key of my house and was given an appointment for the next morning. Super fast response time. The locksmith that came to my home was Allen. He called to tell me he was on his way, arrived on time an was professional, courteous and got the job done quickly. Would highly recommend DML Locksmith Services - Allen.

  I recently moved into a new place and wanted update the locks. I called and they were able to come that day. They were reasonably price and quote on the phone match. Never thought lock installation would be as easy a phone call. Highly recommend. Highly professional.

  Horrible horrible service. They don't know what they're doing. Technician said they'd be out in 15 minutes, took them 35. They came without either key blank I needed. Took them 30 minutes to figure that out so the had to go back to the shop and get the keys and then come back taking another 45 minutes. Called originally at 9am to request service and they finally left at 11:45. This was ridiculous and I will never use them again. They refused to even give us a discount. The "boss" in the office said they'd give us an additional key for free but then the tech said he wouldn't. The tech and main boss were extremely rude and kept threatening me and my husband. $185 for this. Absolutely terrible. Use a mob boss before using this company.

  You forgot to mention that you got one extra free key because of the delay , and the guy that was with you almost hit my tech. Sometimes things like that happen that we need to go get extra tools from our shop (99% of the time we have everything with us at the van ),and it's took him just 20 min not like you mentioned.
