  Brian helped me out yesterday to get me unlocked from my car yesterday afternoon after AAA guy had no clue wth he was doing and was about to cause damage to my car window frame until I told him to back away from my car. And the man had to be 90 years old and said he had some back issues. Bless his heart.Brian was a pro and had me on my way in 10 minutes! Would not hesitate using him or his company if need be!!

  Appeared to be not qualified to program key and Fob for my 2005 Ford vehicle. Brian the "programmer" I use the term loosely, my appointment was at 0900, he got out to my car by 0916, ran my debit card at 1012 for final charges. He literally ran from my car left it running and I climbed in it and immediately noted my power windows didn't work which was not the way I delivered the car. I jumped out and verbally ordered him to come back and explain/fix my windows. He did not. He kept exiting using language highlighted with what he was convinced I would believe him...I have a store policy that my employees tell every client/possible client that comes in my shop and I know you were told about my no liability policy it is Shop rule. I was baffled, I had no idea what he was talking about. My confusion was obvious, he continued talking...yeah the one where a client brings in off market parts for programming. There is a no liability clause for me. You were told anything could happen in your car when I ATTEMPTED to program those start parts you brought me and if anything happened, it is a known fact, lock smiths Have a zero liability clause and also a zero responsibility for $$ reimbursement for repair costs. I was speechless following this LS as he is still intent on leaving me with his problem in my car, he is almost running from me, as I am not falling for his words, I know if anyone and mention anything to me about the "SHOP POLICY' I would have left that shop on steam powered legs, do not pass go... He talks to me two times friday telling me my car was old ad just choose that time to kick over and die.. . I have had it diagnosed and I am no slouch behind a multi meter. He put my beloved Freestyle in complete antitheft shutdown and it is waiting for a FORD certified programmer to undue the damage he unwittingly did on Wednesday. I will update you with the total $$$$ this lack of prudence on my part has unleashed. Thank you. Connie Beard

  I had purchased an expensive set of door knobs but a part was missing. My contractor did not have the piece so I went to them here. They went through their pieces, opened up a set of door knobs and finally found the piece I needed. I would have paid four times what they charged me to get this set of beautiful knobs installed. Were it not for them taking me seriously it would not have happened. I have used them many times before...Great service, wonderful people. Mrs. C. Miller
