  I had been going to the True Value in Menomonee Falls, WI for 25+ years prior to my move to Green Bay in 2019. I have ALWAYS been pleased and impressed with the staff and selection of items in my "old" True Value, so checked out this one shortly after my move. This one is the same: same very knowledgeable, hard working, and friendly staff and great selection of items. I will always support these small locally owned hardware stores over the big box stores. Most of the kids that work at the big box stores seem to not care. They never seem to have what I need, even though their amount of stock is so much larger. True Value always has what I need. If it's not exactly the same as what I need, the staff and I work out to substitute items and those almost always work out. Plus, I like the smaller size of True Value. They remind me of an old fashioned toy store. Well, they still are to me! Sometimes, if I'm in the area, I stop in just for the heck of it and browse around. I will always support my local True Value!
