I was able to make an appt for a non emergency issue. The locksmith showed up right on time and quickly repaired the broken door latch. He was very professional, and the door now functions much better than before!

This business is very unethical and not professional.
I had an emergency  lock out on a 10 degree day as I locked my keys in the car. I was referred to them so I thought to be Denver locksmith not locksmiths pretty scandalous to ad a letter to the back of a real company to get clients.
I was quoted $85.00 and the technician didn't show up for 2 hours so I called them back and was met with a very rude woman on the phone that attempted to put the blame on me for her lack of inputting the address in correctly and said it would be another 2 hours for service and still no show
they left me stranded and not even a simple apology I obviously called a reputable company and they arrived in 30 minutes we are surprised they are still doing business. Very terrible experience check there other negative reviews. and don't bother calling them.

Anthony, I'm sorry you had this experience. I have gone threw all of our files in and I do not see anyone with the name Anthony calling into our company for being locked out of a car. If you can call the office and speak to a manager I would like to get to the bottom of this.
I am also sorry for the confusion in our name, Denver locksmith opened up shortly after Denver locksmiths and it has been an issue in the past, but because there name is one letter off we cant do anything about it short of changing our name, which we have no plans on doing.

After this company rescheduled twice, the technician who came to make me a car key kept my credit card! I do not recommend this business, he won't return my card and I had to cancel it.

We've tried to contact you multiple times to apologize and make this right, but haven't been able to reach you. Our tech who called you to return the CC once he realized he had it said you told him to keep it because you had already canceled. Once again, we apologize for the less than optimal experience you've had.

I was very pleased.  I needed to get one door knob keyed to match our others.  They were very helpful coordinating a time around my busy schedule.  The service was fast and friendly.   Great to find a service company that actually provides a "service".   Thank you.
