  Always have exactly what I need! Every time I have scoured a Lowes or Home depot for a specific part and cannot find it, I somehow always find exactly what I need from this store. For example, a part unscrewed from my bidet, I scoured Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, and to no avail. I don't know why it took me so long to go to True Value, but low and behold, they had exactly what I needed, an M10 1.25 cap. Few weeks later, needed help as I was missing a a mount on a newly delivered faucet, went over there and was able to find everything that I needed to complete the install, had I gone to a big box store, I would have had to buy a whole new faucet. I have had at least ten previous experiences just like this with this particular store. Everyone there has been great with me. I walk in, tell them exactly what I need. We muse for a little while and ultimately find exactly what I need. I love their willingness to think out of the box and take the time to show me where all the possibilities may lie. Great staff, great store, oddly fantastic for a little place.

  great small town hardware store, You can get in and out quickly, no problem finding where things are. Remarkable amount of small hardware items available, just ask and they will walk back with you. Lots of parking close by. Owners are both local and well respected.

  I expect high prices and crappy hours from a local hardware store. But good customer service is what I thought these stores were supposed to be about. It is a hit or miss on their customer service. Some of the employees are rude in person and on the phone. Other days you have someone helpful. Today was my last straw with them, they closed the store over 5 minutes early. I called them earlier, very rude on the phone that I was bothering them, drove there to get the product I was asking if they had...doors locked at 4:55pm. 6 other customers were in the same situation as me. As I got back to my car 4 others tried getting in. Lost a lot of business closing early and having crappy hours. Hope they can clean up and improve their customer service and extend their hours.
