  They were excellent; quick response and able to accommodate our out of hours request for lock changes at the end of a long day, due to lost keys. Great communication and super fast turn around and reasonable rates; security is precious! In the nicest possible way, I hope we won't need his services again in a huge hurry, but its good to know of someone dependable in our local area and I will certainly recommend to any friends and associates in their 'hour of need'!   Great prompt service. Lock technician was out to us within 20 minutes. Affordable price considering it was after 9pm at night I expected to pay more. Guy was friendly and didn’t mind my curiosity. Definitely recommend these guys, even just for customer service. Thanks again guys.

  Customer Service is King Here! I was so pleased at the great prices of the quality hardware sold here. However, the customer service was unbelievable! They have great communication with their customers, Should an issue ever arise, they are quick to respond and get the job done fast!
