  Called first thing in the morning needing a new key made with a chip so it also needed to be programmed. They said they would try and fit me in after their appointments were finished at 2pm. At 2:30 they called and said they could be there in a few. The job was done quickly and I was able to drive home within an hour. Also heard a couple new jokes and got some very useful advice. I definitely would recommend this business. Thanks!

  Locked out of travel trailer enroute to camping at Patricks Pt. on a Friday eve, after hours. Turns out AAA doesnt roll truck for trailer issues and transferred me to these folks. Had multiple conversations with their locksmith discussing theories and figuring out logistics to meet up as I was driving through his work region around Eureka. Long and short is that one of his theories/suggestions worked and allowed me to open lock just as I was about to meet him. He clearly has deep knowledge including the specific lock on my trailer and key I was using with it. He saved the night for me and my dog and never even got paid for his efforts. What else can I say except, a genuine thank you, and respect for your skills.

  Fast! Very knowledge. If I was basing my experience from the Customer service then I would be giving a 1 star.....not very friendly!
