Had never used David's Lock and Key before and was pleasantly surprised by David's customer service.  He went way out of his way to help me with a new Key FOB for my 2003 Ford Excursion.  I will definitely be going back with any needs I have that pertains to keys.  I would not hesitate in sending anyone to David's!

I highly recommend David’s Lock & Key! I locked myself out of my car & they were there within literally about 3 minutes. The gentleman Tim did an awesome job & had it unlocked within about 2 minutes at the most. He was very nice & professional at the job.

I had to call for help unlocking my car today which was at Arby's Columbia. I was very distressed due to a family member being in hospital. Dave's son (forgot his name) arrived within minutes. Sweetest man ever...when he walked over to my car he noticed my passenger window was down!!!! He reached in and handed me keys and told me no charge...gave me a sweet hug and wished me well.  I will recommend this company to everyone I meet. Thank you so much for being such kind and wonderful people!!

I had a small safe that had some valuables and heirlooms inside but the key was lost some time ago. After several failed attempts of my own to get inside, I brought it down to David’s Lock and Key and they were able to get it open for me in about 10 minutes and sent me on my way. I tried to pay them for it but they refused my money and wished me a Merry Christmas. Their kindness and generosity will be long remembered and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Got my new Lexus Rx350 key from David's lock and key. They use a real OEM factory key the exact same from the lexus dealership but half the price! Thanks guys, everything works great and looks fabulous!! Will be back 😉

Best service ever!! We were on a road trip and needed a second car key.  I called a local car dealership and the price was pretty high.  The dealership actually recommended David's Lock & Key.  I called and they said they could help and the whole process would take 15-20 minutes.  I arrived and it took about 5 minutes!  The staff was helpful, quick and awesome.  David was incredibly friendly.  Plus I saved $80 compared to the car dealership price!  Thank you!  I wish all businesses were like this.

I needed to have my house re-keyed so I called for a quote and they gave me an accurate quote. The locksmith they sent out was fast, professional, and courteous. He did great work and charged us exactly what was quoted. I would highly recommend David's Lock & Key and will use them again if/when needed.

Family oriented business with great customer service!  Always a pleasure doing business with them.  If they don't have it, they are willing to order it and help you however they can.  Saturday hours are also appreciated.
