  Locked key out of a car on a rainy day with my 2 year old Tried to explain to the man I just needed to drive down the road and I’d bring the rest of the money I owed him to the business. I offered him to hold anything , my license etc told him follow me if he wanted I just didn’t have enough cash on me. Instead he told me no and said he would take the key until I paid Which would’ve left me in the rain with my son who was already being a typical difficult two year old. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with I asked him personally do you have a kid ? Would you wanna be stuck in the rain with a kid. Next time will be calling triple a

  Would leave less than one star if possible. Ordered lockset and door guards over 6 weeks ago and no word from them. Had to keep calling to see where they were. Today out of nowhere and without calling they show up. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

  Terrible! Quirky folks! No show, No call!! Not my first experience with them either. However, everyone deserves a second chance. Now i am done. Really incredible.
