  I don't like the fact that they lock the door behind you once you're inside. What if there's a fire? I gave the guy 3 keys to make copies of assuming he would keep everything separate. Nope. Turns out he made extra copies for key#2 & none for key#3. And make sure you bring cash if you go there. They don't accept plastic (debit or credit cards).

  We lock the door behind you because too many people refuse Covid Protocol. We do not want to be the mask or vaccine police, but would like be open for the public. We have the door key close by, because we don't want to be locked in here in a fire either. The building is ciderblock and not really subject to a fire. As far as the keys being cut wrong you can bring all the keys back so we can correct the mistake at no charge. "Credit cards are not excepted for keys or accessories" has been a policy for over 15 years. It does not make business sense to charge for keys on a Credit Card.

  Over the last week I brought several lock sets to the to be re-keyed. In all three cases the new keys did not work, they told me that the keys were fine and the installer did a poor job. I took the locks to Home Depot and the made me a set of keys that worked perfectly and at half the cost.
