  Thank you so much to the tech that came to unlock my car at Walmart afterhours a coupke weeks ago. There was a cart collector that was hanging around me and my car that i had tried to nicely fet away from several times before the guy got there. After the tech unlocked my car the creepy guy asked to help load my groceries and i said no thank you to whivh he responded "well, im going to anyway". I dont know if your tech heard this but he stayed a few extra minutes until i got in my car. This made me feel so much safer in that situation 🙏

  At 5 I called and asked if they could help me get into my house I got locked out of and said they would call us back in a few minutes when they were done with what they were doing.We waited for over and hour and called to see if she was done yet. She didn’t remember who we were and we had to tell her what happened again. She then said she was heading our way and would be there in about 20 minutes. So we waited outside for 2 hours waiting for the person to show up. She NEVER came! When we tried calling her again to see where she was she didn’t answer. When she finally answered about 8:30 after we broke in to our house, She said she drove down our road for 45 minutes looking for us (which was not true because we were outside the whole time and would have saw her). So we waited over 3 hours for a person to show up to eventually having to go in through a window.
