Husband accidently locked himself out of our truck while doing business in Anaconda and Cooney's was already in the area so extremely quick in response. Highly professional and courteous service by all. We really appreciate the help as he would've been stranded for at least another hour and a half until I could make it to him with the spare key. Car key sheared and Cooney’s helped me out immensely! On a Sunday no less.

Already in PTSD called to have locks changed,  Bill was fine until he plopped his, well you know, on the wide arm of my electonic chaise, not keeping any personal distance, now my brand new chaise makes noise where he sat on the arm.  Sorry Bill, you were late, I had too call to see if you were even coming.  Please be more sensitive, less invasive.  Every call has a reason behind it!  Thank you for the service.

Called with an emergency showed up in less than ten minutes. Had me in my truck in less than 10 minutes. Bills great attitude was amazing!

Always there when you need them, commercial or residential. I've never once had them not take fast care of me in over 14 years. Highly recommended!

I have used Cooney's twice in the past 3 months. On both occasions I took my lock into the shop and they fixed the issue while I waited. I was concerned about the first visit as the lockset I needed repaired was an obscure and old device, but they had the parts in stock and had me back out the door in less than 30 minutes. The second visit was to rekey a brand new key-code lockset. Again, they had the tools and experience to reset the key tumbler, and instructed me on proper use to avoid issues in the future. This visit took less than 15 minutes to complete. I found their prices to be very fair, especially when I didn't have to drop off the lock and leave my property exposed for a lengthy amount of time. I recommend them highly!

I have a driver that has a key to my store so he can drop freight off in the middle of the night, needless to say he snapped the key off in the door on a Friday night, I called Cooneys on Saturday morning, I'm in Whitehall over the hill from Butte. Guy tells my i'm out of his district, but there over here all the time at the school and such. told him it's my business and I can't lock the door. Call and make an appointment Monday. called Rocky Locks in Belgrade was here in 45 minutes.

Sorry Jim for the inconvenience. It is our policy for safety of our customers as well as the safety for our employees to use discretion in accepting out of area calls for service. After visiting with my employee about your matter he was correct in asking you to schedule the following Monday for service. We have only one after hours or weekend person on call.
The weekend that you called we were extremely busy with emergency calls and the pass over to Whitehall had just received snow and travel over the pass was unsafe. As there was a vehicle roll over there that day.
The technician did not feel comfortable  or safe to travel out of the area to provide service.
