  We called there answering service for over 1 hour and they said they will call you back in 15 to 20 min. it was a lie they would hang up the phone on you. Its very cold outside and my son is locked his keys in his car by accident at the gas pump. My son needed help and they never came. I had to go pick him up and wait the next day to get help because for someone reason locksmith dont work 24 hrs like there websites say. This website lies about helping in evening hours. Going to buy AAA for roadside assistance to get help when we need it. This is not a company you can trust in the evening time for sure. Dont trust there answering service they will lie to you dont waste your time.
