  I've had to call on complete towing a couple of times now and they have fast friendly service and affordable too! I would recommend them to anyone for any of your towing needs even if it's a little bigger than average towing request complete towing got it done for me and I'm sure they can for you too! Give them a call next you break down or lock your keys up in your car, or like me bought a vechile without getting a key..they will take care of you! Thanks guys!

  Motorcycle had a breakdown between Guntersville and Scottsboro yesterday. Cut in back tire. Great and friendly service. They definitely know how to tow a motorcycle!!! Can't thank them enough.

  I waited 6 hours for this irresponsible and non-concerned heartless individual to respond to us for a requested tow placed to them directly and through AAA. They made every excuse in the book for refusing service to us for our SMALL travel trailer. We would have paid up to $500 to get us some place safe but this unprofessional company left two disabled senior citizens on the side of the road well over seven hours long on a cold night and even when called after midnight would not commit to providing us service the following day and only commented “I don’t know what to tell you.” We had to get help from my son in Raeford, NC, over 500 miles away, rather than rely on this local business. This is a despicable human being with an I don’t care attitude. I know karma will find this heartless S.O.B. the reward be so justly deserves.

  His small camper he keeps referring to is 23 ft long, 12 ft tall, and 8.5 ft wide weighing in at 11,500lbs. AAA called us and we told them we didn't have the equipment to haul his camper with it having a wheel bearing out. Someone had called an hour after AAA did wanting to know when we were coming to tow their camper. Went through the spiel with them that I didn't have the equipment to haul their camper. I told them a name and phone number of a towing company in town that have a landoll trailer that should have been able to help them. Then another male called me at 1am (i am guessing the one who left the review) asking when we were going to be able to come out during the day to help him with his camper. I went through the spiel again. He kept pressuring me to send him out a truck first thing in the morning to tow his camper. In the end I told him I do not have the equipment to help you and that I was sorry. His reply was I guess you got 8 or 10 calls lined up for all your trucks tomorrow. I said no, I do not have the equipment to haul a camper that size. I don't know what else to tell you. This cold night he speaks of was 65 degrees in a closed down resututant parking lot. And I am not sure what help his son gave him because AAA called back the next day to get it towed. I still didn't have the equipment needed so I guess they got him some other provider to help. I really hate this gentleman is upset but AAA should have found him somebody else to tow it or they should have called somebody with the equipment. I am not sure why he was dead set on we had to tow it. We strive to provide the best experience for all of our customers but unfortunately we were unable to help and made that very clear as soon as we were contacted.
