The fact that some Google map searches are coming up with the statement that the store is permanently closed is false. We have not closed & have been in continuous operation from the day we opened in 1996, other than being closed on Sundays.

Selection could be a bit better but for a local small-town hardware store, it's fantastic. Has pretty much all the essential things you would need for home repairs, lawn and garden projects, homeowner yard equipment/ materials, and more.

Really like this hardware store. Yes you will pay a little more than the Big Hardware Stores but the connivence of it begin so close and open 7 days a week is well worth it. They have so many hard to find parts for well systems, plumbing, fasteners, ect.

I had a tractor wheel that I needed new bearings, I went to Clinton True Value to pick up the part. Not only did they not have it they said I had to order the whole wheel. Taking them at their word I purchased a new wheel and paid in advance. It has now been 6 weeks, I have called twice, no wheel. Luckily I was able to find the bearings I needed elsewhere for 1/10 the price I paid for the wheel from Clinton True Value. Just imagine how long my grass would be if I had relied on Clinton True Value. My suggestion to anyone reading this would be to shop elsewhere. If they did it to me they could do it to you.

POOR customer service after purchase.  I bought a Husqvarna garden tractor, after less than 30 hours of use the front wheel fell off (tractor not greased).  After 100 hours a stick caused the drive belt to come off damaging the trans fan.  Called them for warranty service.  After the parts came in I took tractor to them and was told that it would be ready in 2 days.  After 4 days went back to get it, I was first told they could not find the paperwork, then they were waiting on parts.  I took the tractor home to cut my grass for Memorial day.  Took it back on Tuesday and told that they can not give me an estimate of repair time since I took the tractor home before repair it is put back on the bottom of the pile and they do not know if it would be done.  I called Husqvarna about it.  Dale the manager of Clinton Supply said he did not care who I called, even God can't make him repair my tractor until he wants to.  I wil NEVER shop at this store again and once the tractor is repaired If it ever needs repair again, I will drive it to Massillon.  So much for home town courtesy.  Lowes would have saved me money on the purchase..

Minor miscommunication at first, but overall very impressed with the work Jerry did on my mower. I recommend their services.

Very helpful family ran hardware store. They have a little bit of everything!

For a business in a small town they have a lot of stuff.. Not that bad of prices either for being in such a small town.
