  Went to get a key for my truck canopy, the guy called someone in the phone to have them lookup the lock code online to see what key to use. For about 10 min he was yelling at the person on the phone very rudely. After trying a few keys he said he could not help me. Very unprofessional. I ended up buying precut keys for my canopy on ebay for 8 bucks with free shipping.

  I was looking for new display case locks for my business in a hurry when i found city lock and key. I Called everywhere and not a single place had what i needed. I finally called city lock and key after a Facebook recommendation and couldn’t have been more pleased. They were very friendly and professional. Second time I’ve ever used them and they are cheaper and more knowledgeable than any other place I contacted. Would definitely recommend again.

  Went to this place twice during their business hours and both times it was locked up. Once I'm assuming the person just left early and I realize the second time there was a legit reason (they had a note saying their basement flooded or something), but I drove half an hour both times to try and get a car key made and it was just a waste of my time and gas. It was a very frustrating experience.
