  Absolutely amazing!! My keys fell in the elevator shaft at my apartment complex about 7:30pm and my apartment complex said they don’t help with lockouts. I googled locksmith and saw they had good reviews so I gave them a call. Within 1 hour of me dropping my keys, I was back in my apartment! Larry was awesome! He called and updated me on his way (was at my place within 15 min of the phone call) and was ready to go with all his materials when he got here. He went through payment as well over the phone so I knew exactly what to expect and how much I’d be charged. 10/10 would recommend and I would say it was affordable especially for how quickly the service was completed!

  Larry was amazing this was actually my 2nd time locking myself out 🤦🏾‍♀️ I was actually relieved to see him. His spunky witty personality makes me laugh every time. I enjoy when he comes even though I have to pay for services. He still makes my day better and picks my door!!

  I went for a walk to assess the tornado damage in our neighborhood and it started to rain. A business vehicle slowed down as it went to pass by, which was opportune for me to stop the driver and ask if he could give me a ride home. He told me he was “so sorry” but he was on company time and in a company car. I told him that I completely understood. But then he said “Let me give you an umbrella”. I’m 70 years old … I was a good distance from home… the rain was getting worse. So the umbrella was a God-send. I’m so appreciative for that Locksmith’s compassion and kindness!! He deserves to be acknowledged and praised. It says something about your company too that you would employ such a fine individual. THANK you!
