  Someone came from here to look at some interior keypad locks we were experiencing issues with. The guy had zero people skills, everyone who dealt with him felt like he was dismissive and occasionally incredulous when we suggested the locks were not working correctly. He did a lot of blaming the user instead of helping us find a new lock that fit our needs, it was overall bizarre. He does get 2 stars for reprogramming the locks for us.

  Very knowledgeable!! Replaced my very messed up key and installed the tumbler back in the lock. Quick and easy!!!

  Repaired my key fobs. I tend to drop them and break the case. Fixed the connections, replaced the batteries and everything worked great. Thanks once again for the very fine service. Just being open just one day is confining, can only come in if I'm not at work.
