  Eric did an excellent job on our lock service! He was very prompt, courteous and professional. I will definitely use Certified Lock and Security again and recommend to family and friends.

  I locked myself out of my house. When I called Eric had already left the office, but told me he'd be 20 min. He was. He was very polite ( didn't laugh at me!), and tried his hardest to get me and my children in the house. My father in law was here also trying to help and he eventually popped the door open while Eric was trying another door. I tried to pay him for his time, but he refused to take anything. He was so kind and I will definitely recommend him to everyone who may need locksmith services! He showed me there are still wonderful people out there!!

  Amazing profesionalizm and quality work. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and completed the work in a timely manner. We were waiting on a locksmith for days but once we contacted Eric Nelson at Certified Lock & Security. Inc. He was at our home within hours. Would definitely use this service again. Thank you Eric!
