  Bought this key for $150. It was programmed and resurfaced quick. I honestly thought the service was fast and great; however the quality of keys sold are very poor quality not near as good as OEM. The man who sold me the key said it came with a “warranty”. After three weeks of normal usage the remote portion of the key failed. Today I came to see if he could exchange my key and he said “we do not offer a warranty on the remote portion”. He did not mention this to me when he originally sold me the key. I asked him to take a look at it and he said it could be that I dropped my key or dropped something heavy at it. I assured him the key was used normally. I showed him that the light inside the key still flashed and he then said it must be my a sensor with my car. I asked him to reprogram another key and the other key worked. He then switched up the story and blamed it on the key for probably being dropped or dinged. As you can see the key is in good condition. He was very contradicting and just did not want to admit the key was faulty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There’s another mobile service key person in Bakersfield who charges a couple dollars more who I hear has great service. Save yourself the headache and don’t get ripped off.

  Hello david $150 is for a after market keyfob if you wanted better Quality we have OEM for different price.. we have signs on all vans that say no warranty on Electric items & definitely not after 30 days… after market keyfob wont last you as long as the OEM. Since theyre “made in chine” also it depends on the care you give the key for example with just a little drop or even a small bump can damage the keyfob & thats the reason why we dont offer warranty…

  Professional, my 2015 Dodge Durango needed a new key fob, they sold me an OEM key and got the done!! I recommend them!!

  Not very nice, and changed price higher three times in two days and we lived 2mins away.

  We dont change price everyday but if youre coming everyday asking for the same key and not get the job done we arent going to be wasiting our time sorry for your experience with us
