  We were locked out, and he performed an excellent job of unlocking the door. Car Key Repair Universal City accepts credit and debit cards in addition to cash, unlike many locksmiths. I would definitely call them again if I need locksmith Car keys or Car Unlock Service.

  I contacted this company for programming of my key and a key cut. They didn't have a qualified tech available for BMW till Thursday as I was informed in a return call and that I would receive a call back then. While continuing to shop around for a price, I mistakenly duplicated my research efforts by redialing Car Key Repair Universal City. While asking the cost and explaining the vehicle, I was hung up on. Redialed the phone number...answered and hung up. Again redialed the phone number...answered and hung up. Finally was able to get through and I was quickly told before I could start talking that I already have an appointment in the tone as if I was supposed to know this information (I believe my phone number was familiar to them on Caller ID). I canceled the appointment after I expressed that I didn't appreciate the multiple hang ups as I wasn't about to perform a transaction with such poor customer service. There was no argument to the behavior of the hang-ups, just "yes sir, I will cancel your appointment". Very unfortunate as I saw this business was previously 5 stars and I was seeking such service.
