  My son wanted new speakers and a remote starter for his truck. I stopped by and got prices from Jim. He was very friendly and knowledgeable , prices were very reasonable. When I told my son the price he said that’s not bad I could probably get a new radio to. I called Jim and he had one on hand that was the same make as the speakers. We made an appointment for that “Saturday “ he said it could take 4 hours more or less depending on how many people were available to work on it. We went back 4 hours later and they were pulling it out of the shop. One of the installers sat with my son in his truck while they connected his phone to the blue tooth in the radio. He went over the radio functions and explained the remote starter as well. He made sure my son new how to operate everything. Very Thorough. I highly recommend them. Very personable and friendly people. I give them 10 stars!

  I went in to have a remote starter installed on my truck, with thoughts of potentially upgrading the stereo. Although Jim was busy, he was very nice and professional. He took the time to find out what I would use and enjoy, and I made an appointment for the following week. I Also decided to upgrade to brighter LED headlights at the same time, as my night time vision isn't what it used to be. When I came in to pick up my truck after the stereo system install, Jim sat in the truck with me and went over all the features and had me 'drive' the system to familiarize myself with it. Unfortunately, my truck has two different type of headlights so he had to order a pair of the LEDs and wasn't able to install them that day, so I need to go back - which I'm actually totally fine with because the screen on my new system is so much larger with better resolution than the stock one that I can't see anything out of the backup camera anymore!! I was always disappointed with how grainy the picture was to begin with. Now I have a legitimate reason to get a better one, and I'm happy to give Jim the business.

  Have used Capital Car Audio to install remote starts for 3 different cars in the past 1.5 yrs. Jim went out of his way to schedule all work in a timely fashion and gave me an excellent deal for all three. Service done within the time expected, and waiting area comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for this service
