I needed a cylinder from a lock re-pinned to fit a set of keys I had. Walked in, paid an incredibly fair service fee, and waited like a minute for the tech to change the pins and hand it back to me. This shop is great, the people are skilled, service is terrific.

they stand behind their work. i returned with a faulty car remote twice. It was re-connected the first time and replaced the second time all with no charge. Great old school service

I had a weird key situation (an old hand me down car's key was on a 4 wheelers key) and Busse's was able to copy the key onto the right style key. A great service at a great price!!

I've had safe codes reset and keys cut by Busse's. Every employee I've interacted with has been extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this company! They made me 2 keys from a broken key. Saved having to buy an ignition!

The lock does not fit properly since they re-keyed it this time. For years I did not have this problem when I pointed it to him, he started grilling the socket. I did not like that and let him leave it the way it is. When I engage a handyman next time for something, I will get the lock repositioned.
