  Knight in shining armor!!!! Waited for Mercedes to find a tow truck after I hit a pot hole and blew out my tire. After waiting two hours for them to find someone, Burtons came within 25 minutes of a phone call dropped our car, took us to a hotel, and made a call to the service manager to get to us as early as possible so we could get back on the road. Highly recommend and truly appreciated their kindness toward stranded travelers. Call them!!!

  Thomas promptly answered my son's call for a tow needed this evening. A truck arrived 10 minutes after his call. The tow services provided were quick, efficient, and affordable with a friendly attitude!
