  John came out today, and was so helpful. Our house partially burned in the Marshall fire and he came when I was not there. Stuck around until I could find our reparation company contact and finished the job perfectly! I never even met him. Thanks John for great service

  AMAZING SERVICE. Cindy was super personable, informative, and helped me to navigate numerous lock and security issues. If I were a homebuyer in the Boulder or even Denver area, I would look nowhere else. Medeco Security Center, on security advisory boards, the works. Just go here for peace of mind. You won't regret it.

  Do not take an automotive key to Buffalo Lock and Key! They just charged me $40 to destroy my new electronic key blank. Walked out holding a worthless key and nothing else but a weak apology.

  Hello, Mark! Firstly, thank you for reaching out with your concerns- we value EVERY customer opinion. Concerning your situation- despite your supplying a third-party key blank which we do NOT warranty and had you sign multiple release waivers in case the third-party product did not prove compatible/workable with our system- we STILL refunded you the 40$ as we were not able to make your key work. We processed a refund on your card moments after the transaction and did not have your direct contact information to reach out. Please find your refund dated the afternoon of the transaction, and we are very sorry that the key provided did not prove viable. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again soon. Jack
