  We had a great experience with this company. Our car was locked in drive and works not turn on. So the driver did everything to get the car in neutral so he could load it. He was polite and patient. Will definitely use again

  This company is not budget. They wanted to charge me $495 to tow my truck17 miles. after raising cane they agreed to let it down for $395. I used these guys because of the reviews. I am going to try and get a hold of the attorney general office and file a complaint. I'm also going to contact the BBB as well and, file a complaint. BEWARE of this company get a price first if not they'll put the screws to you.. I would go as far as getting it in writing. Look I dont expect something for nothing I just want to be treated fairly So a partial refund would be nice.
