  My deadbolt on the inside of my Entry Door Gate was not working. I google to have a locksmith come out. I saw the reviews on Buckeye Lock and Safe and took a chance. I called and spoke to Ben who was courteous and prompt on getting my deadbolt repaired. He scheduled me the very next day. He and Cesar showed up and tried to troubleshoot an intercom door release latch on the gate door. Although he wasn't able to repair but he at least check if power was going into the door release latch on the gate. If I have any locksmith issues I will call them again. I will highly recommend them for the attentiveness and professionalism. LILLO, Goodyear

  After finding my front door deadbolt stuck( for the second time in a year), I called Buckeye Lock and Safe again. Cesar was very professional, expedient , and respectful of me and my time. He gave me options for replacing my lock/handle which also made me feel like he respected my budget.I will always call Buckeye Lock and Safe for my locksmith needs.

  After the adventure with needing a locksmith, my insurance company required a detailed invoice, rather than a handwritten one. Cesar was kind enough to give me a business card, when the task was complete. I phoned the owner, Ben Ogg, explaining what my insurance company requested. Again, not a problem at all! He emailed me another invoice, with all the requested info! Ben completely understood the reason, and was happy to oblige. What a kind and decent soul, and extremely professional. I was eager to tell him how sweet his technician, Cesar, was to me, and he was happy to hear compliments, not seeming rushed to end the call. I would absolutely call on them in another emergency!
