  These guys were great. I was to meet them where I had the truck parked in Magalia but I was running late. They called me and asked if they could get started. I lost the only key ( chip key) to the truck. By the time I got there they were almost done. Highly recommend them!

  This man was so kind, accommodating and understanding with my daughter. I know that we will always go to Bruce's. My whole family will. Kind and considerate customer service goes a long, long way. His work and performance was exemplary. Unfortunately that kind of excellent customer service is hard to find now a days but you'll find it at Bruce's lock and key. Thank you so much for treating my daughter so well.

  I purchased a blank key fob online and brought it into this locksmith to be laser cut. He rudely stated that he only would cut the fobs he sells and wouldn't recommend anyone else. I then called two others in Chico. One said their price was $50. What I don't understand is why a locksmith would turn down a job which was only a little labor, in a small town like Paradise where one's reputation is very valuable. Needless to say I won't be back, or recommending him to anyone else.
