  This is the absolute worst company I have ever delt with in my life. I was given a price of $159 over the phone which I was fine with. I was then told a technician would be giving me a call to set up a time within 10-15 minutes. I didn’t hear from anyone in a hour so I called back and finally a technician called me. The technician did say it would be the $159. I asked him when he would arrive at my location and he quoted me 25-30 minutes. I waited there from 1pm-5pm. I had to call ever 30-45 minutes to find out how much longer because the technician not once called me to let me know it would be longer than he quoted me. He finally arrived at 5pm dressed unprofessionally in basketball shorts and t-shirt. The other guy that was with him was dressed the same way but with slides on. The one guy was also smoking WEED around my vehicle and letting the smoke go in my car!!!! Absolutely unprofessional and RUDE! After taking an hour and a half to make a key, I went to pay the guy, and remind you I was told I would pay $159 and I had called and complained about how long it was taking so they told me I would get 10% off of the $159. So when I went to pay, the guy tried to overcharge me and have me pay $213.99. I told him no, I was given the other price so I want that price, he continued to try and have me pay the other amount after I told him to get a manager or I’ll get customer service on the phone. He finally said I would pay the $159. At this point I was just over it so I wasn’t even worried about the 10% discount. I asked to see the phone where it said $159 before I gave my card information. I saw that it said $159 so I proceeded with the payment. I asked the technician when I would get a receipt and he said I would get one texted to me by the end of business day and I have yet to receive one. I put in a complaint that night and was told that a specialist will get back with me the next day. I called the next day and was told that someone would call me by the end of business day and no one did!! I then checked my bank account this morning 3-24-20 and see that I was being charged the $213.99 AFTER I SAW ON THE PHONE IT WAS $159 SO THAT MEANS THEY CHANGED IT AFTER THEY SHOWED ME and when I called the specialist they said they would review my account and I have yet to hear back from someone and it’s been three almost four hours and they told me that they would call me back in 30 to 45 minutes!!!! This company is absolutely a disgrace they do not care about there customers when the customers come first. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau!!!! I have never in my life had such bad customer service where they did not care about their customers. If it wasn’t for us customers their business wouldn’t be running and the way they treated my family they should not be open for business!!!!! I just want my money refunded!!! At least half of the $159! It’s just sad!!!!

  Showed up in a timely manner, but service man overcharged us as we were from out of town. The office had already given us a price to open it.
