Brucar was super quick responding to my message and was able help with multiple lock issues at my house. He re-keyed our front door, cleaned up some weather-beaten hardware and tightened up a couple of handles that were loose. He is friendly, proficient and reliable and I'll be calling him again next time I need a locksmith!

Made appointment to have my ignition lockset rebuilt. Technician showed up and looked at it and said it was too much work to get to the lockset, didn't try anything and just bailed. Found a mobile locksmith in the San Fernando Valley who had the mechanism out in less than 5 minutes and completed in less than an hour.

Good Morning.  Here is our take on the series of events.
1. You made an appointment with our reputable company, arrival between 830-1030. We work in 2 hour windows for arrival.
2. We arrived early in the time window and after brief discussion,  my technician explained that he was unable to move forward with this repair due to taking things apart that he just was not comfortable doing.
Even though we definitely work on ignitions, this was not one we were comfortable with and we have every right to not do jobs that we don't feel that we will complete 110%.
3. We do not appreciate you cursing at our technician telling him "you f@cking fix it".  The disrespect to the locksmith alone is not worth completing a job.
4. There was no charge to you for the professional to come to you, and we referred you to an automotive locksmith we trust (from the valley) to assist since this was more their specialty.
5.  We could not be happier that you found someone who was able to fix your ignition for you!  This was our goal when referring you to Lock Solutions in the Valley..

I have used Brucar a couple of times, to re-key our house when we moved in and again when we installed new doors.  My husband just got a 1960's MG with no spare keys.  Blanks were impossible to find anywhere else, but Brucar took on the challenge, special ordered what was needed and did a brilliant job at a very modest fee.  They seemed to enjoy solving the problem and invested a lot of time.  They take pride in their work and everything is done with a smile.  Will definitely use them again, and recommend to all.

Excellent service, great prices, and they actually have a location you can go to instead of being charged $30 for a mobile service. This is the only place I will go from now on!

Super positive experience with the folks at Brucar Locksmith. Everybody from scheduler to technician to owner were friendly and accommodating.  Technician was clean and courteous and provided timely service.  One of the locks was hard to service, so he followed up and had owner of company come out next day to see if he could fix. As the owner of Precision Overhead Garage Door Services, I appreciated the quality service done quickly by Frankie. I was able to call Brucar Locksmith and speak with a person, I arranged a time frame for a technician to show up, I was called 30 minutes before our appointment window letting me know when the technician would be arriving.

Frankie was able to install a digital lock by expertly cutting new holes and strike plates.  He installed a new handle set and had the proper plates to cover the previous installation and had the tools to install neatly.

Frankie arrived in a marked vehicle and was wearing a company shirt.  I appreciate working with companies that send employees rather than sub contractors.
