  Not only did they fix our goofed up sliding door, the fellow was so knowledgeable when he realized someone had previously put the wrong handle on the lock, and it would never work properly, he was able to take it apart and jerry-rig it so it would lock safely. Definitely worth the money!

  last 3 keys I've had made did not work. rude and incompetent office staff (except for the receptionist who i hope goes elsewhere soon) I'm done. i used them for almost 25 years, but never again.

  For making copies of special keys they are good. For regular master lock type keys, $5 each is ridiculous. I gave them 3 stars beacuse I should have asked b4 they made them. If she would have told me b4 she made them. I deffinatly would have taken those keys elsewhere.
