  I booked an appointment last Friday with a very nice woman on the phone who said a tech would be arriving today first thing at 9:30AM and even had a tech who was in the area come by to check out the door. I got to work early today at 9AM so I would be ready for them. At 10AM I called and was told by a nice gentlemen that the technician would be there by 11AM after his current job. I said no problem. I called back at 12:15PM and got the same man who then transferred me to Chris when I said I was calling to check on my 9:30AM appointment. Chris said that no one was available to come today and could only come tomorrow. He was extremely rude and consistently interrupted me first telling me that I didn't have an appointment (when the first lady I spoke with said I had an appointment and even the second man I spoke to seemed to know about my appointment), before finally admitting that there was a miscommunication and the lady never put in the appointment in his book correctly and that they could only come tomorrow first thing. I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional he was. He said "what do you want me to do?" and when I responded that I think he should apologize for the mistake he very sarcastically said "well I....apologize". I get that mistakes happen, but the way Chris spoke to customers was simply unacceptable. It's a shame because the other service I got from the other employees was great and their prices seemed reasonable. Maybe Chris was having a bad day, but you simply can't speak to customers like that. Unfortunately, from reading the other reviews here it sounds like others have had the same experience. After reading the other reviews, I can see that my experience wasn't uncommon so I cancelled my appointment for tomorrow, because this just isn't how you treat customers.

  They are THE BEST! Brandon helped me, I lost the key to my car and these guys are the ONLY ones that were able to help me. I had extraordinary circumstances and it was a complicated case, the courtesy, service and professionalism that he exhibited is top notch! They are the best at what they do 100%
