This is a great locksmith shop. An honest, fair priced business is a rarity these days. That is why Broadway locksmith shop will continue to be the ONLY lock shop I will use.

Matt was honest, courteous, and professional. He went above and beyond what I needed done on my spare Key Fob and made me a new spare insert key(he fabricated the top portion in order for it to lock back in). Customer service was horrible. The old white lady batted an eye at my key and told me they couldn’t take a copy of it. AND THEN, told me to take my business to another key shop. No explanations, no help at all.

This place is your best option! Honestly I was hesitant because I thought at fist it could be kind of pricey, but I was pleasently surprised with a cheaper price than I thought. They are nice and work supper quickly I was in and out within less than 5 min.
If you are looking to get any keys and not spend either too much time or too much money, this is your best bet!

Don't even think about going elsewhere! My dealership wanted $185 to re-program my key for keyless entry-$20 here. So if you're compelled to spend $185+ at the dealership, don't stop here. You'll save that $165 for a great experience, quality and professional service. EXCELLENT!

Matt is awesome!  I had gone to another high rated locksmith that told me I had the wrong fobs for my Saturn but Matt was able to program them with no issues and at a great price. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service! VERY happy customer!  Thank you Matt!!

Quality locksmith, excellent work, reasonable prices, Wide variety of odd key sizes and keys always work perfectly.  They can also cut automotive keys.

Excellent service.  Knowledgable staff.  Tested new battery and found my device had a drain.  Got that handled!

Customer service was poor. I felt like i was inconveniencing the guy.  There are no prices on the items for sale (locks,  etc), so you have to ask every time.  Basic answer to my questions was "just get a new lock" because they couldn't make a key copy for my circular storage lock. Then i asked about opening a locked container and was told to throw it out and buy a new one.
