  The guy who came was pleasant enough but he didn’t do anything and they still charged me $97 for a “service call”. It’s not a service call if you don’t provide any service! You’re also 3 blocks from me. It took you all of 5 minutes to come over and 5 minutes to leave. I’m definitely not taking my business elsewhere.
