Our church needed to tighten security, so Brent’s lock and Key installed two secure locks. They were very prompt and couldn’t have been any better to work with. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Had to call them 20 minutes away to unlock tractor trailer. Arrived promptly and opened it quickly.

Called at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday night for service within 30 miles.  Supposedly has accounts across Southern Illinois and provides 24 hour service, but 30 miles was too far.

I was doing activities with my family. And I'm not a 24-hour service, was years ago but not anymore for 8 years. I offer emergency services after hours if available. There are several other locksmiths in my area if you needed one. If you are 30 miles away that means I have to drive 60 miles. By the time I got back I would have missed my 6 year old granddaughters activities. I'm sure she would have been real happy with me after I told her I'd be there. Thanks for the great review. It's amazing how people just think of themselves. Sorry but my family comes first. Have a nice day.
