  Mark was very quick to get to my car! SIGNIFICANTLY faster than my insurance company said it might take. Arriving he was incredibly nice. I’ve locked my keys out of my car once before and last time it took about 2 people15 min to get it open. With Mark he had it open in under 3min alone! I was very impressed.

  My elderly parents’ car was left sitting long enough that the battery was *fully* drained. It was parked where jumper cables couldn’t reach, and having an electric parking brake, we couldn’t even move it to a more convenient place. Mark was able to come in less than 15 minutes, and with a portable jumper had the car running in a couple of minutes, all for a surprisingly reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

  We made the silly mistake of locking ourselves out of our car - a rental, many miles from home and from the rental facility! No worries, Mark (& Lola!) came to the rescue! They arrived within minutes, and the service was fantastic! Mark had us back in our car quickly with no hassle and no fuss. He was also a delightful man and we enjoyed the conversation while we waited. Very high praise for this service!
