  I could not be more thankful for Bob's Master Safe & Lock Service. They were extremely helpful, professional, quick, and respectful. They gave me all of the information my fiancé and I needed and were extremely thorough. Cheapest and most efficient business by far! Can't beat the prices or the professionalism. I will be going back for any lock needs I have in the future and will recommend to anyone needing this kind of work done! You guys are the best! Thank you again!

  After a long weekend of every locksmith in the city turning me down Bob's was a breath of fresh air. Monday morning I called and they sent Tim out the same day. Tim reassured that he'd get me in the trunk of my car where my keys were unfortunately locked in. And he absolutely did! I am so grateful for this company. I can't recommend them enough!!

  Don't bother calling them if you are locked out of your own vehicle. I called them 9/27/01 and was told they would not enter a customer's vehicle. I told the dispatcher that they wouldn't have to enter the vehicle just open the door. They then told that meant they don't do vehicles. They said "they could copy me a key for my vehicle though". One star for that last comment though.

  You didn’t call us, because our phone hasn’t rang on 9/27. We do enter cars, make keys and copy keys.
