  This is how all lock & key places should be. You walk in, and there's a million different blank key types covering the big wall behind the counter. I needed spares made of my electric bike battery key. These are usually made from motorcycle keys. The guy behind the counter knows this, and identified the best blank to use, and kicked out 2 perfectly functioning spares in 5 minutes. DONE. This is simply where I will go from now on for any key or lock services.

  I needed 2 keys made so since I was in the area, I thought I would check them out. I parked in front of their store, I waited maybe 2 minutes for my son to walk across the street before I went in because I had 2 babies in the car, 1 of them sleeping. Before my son even got into the car to let him know I was going to be running in one of the guys came out and started yelling at me. There was no trying to be nice or professional to find out why I had parked infront of the store (I was the only car there so I was not even taking up a parking spot someone else needed) to find out I was going to be coming into the store. I of course just left as I would not give them my business after being treated so poorly. I have also been almost hit by one of their vans if I had not slammed on my breaks. It was not a fact he did not notice me as we had just been sitting at a red light and he had looked over and saw me right there. If I could give a 0 star I would.

  Hello Stephanie, I'm sorry you didn't have a postive experience when visiting us. We spoke to the shop techs to see what happened & so we can resolve this issue. 1st thing we adressed was that we don't want to make anyone feel like we are yelling at them and chasing them off. With that being said yes we do have a major problem with parents picking up their kid in our parking lot, this time you might have been the only one but we've had our entire parking lot full because of this situation. Again, we are extremly sorry for the negative experience and if you'd like we can offer to cut those 2 house keys for no charge.

  Had copies made for this anti theft club my grandfather owned. Home Depot and Lowe’s machines couldn’t make copies of it even the manual machines. Went to Bob’s and they had it! Had to come back because one of the keys didn’t work quite as well but even when I came back, even after a few weeks passed, they helped me out free of charge! They were very helpful and knowledgeable, they can also make copies of your car fobs! Customers that come in there were also very friendly.
