  Me Bob was quick in getting to me, was quick in replacing my lost car key, didn't charge an arm and a leg, and was a good guy. I know my car's a POS, but he still treated me like I was his most important customer ever. Lord willing, I'll never lose another car key, but if I do, this is who I'll call!
