  Randy was GREAT! He was at my house within an hour. He unlocked my car, programed a key fob, and gave me an extra door key within 45 min. Randy was friendly, timely, , and professional. If I ever need a locksmith again, I will certainly call Bob's Lock Safe and Key. I'll be happy with any locksmith they company sends, but I would request Randy.

  We were stuck without a key and had been stood up by several other locksmiths in the area. We contacted Bob on a busy Sunday afternoon Randy was able to arrive within an hour and a half, which is at point was very reasonable. Randy worked tirelessly for two straight hours in the hot sun to get the correct key codes that were needed to make a new key. Randy is a very nice and caring person who did a great job!
