  Charles from Bitterroot Lock & Key came early to the appointment. He install our door handle on our new thick door and had a deadbolt that he installed as well. He cleaned up the mess from the wood shavings that he made. Plus he was Very reasonable priced. We will Definitely use him again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Extremely friendly and helpful! I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van! I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.
