  A GREAT BUSINESS with GREAT FOLKS! They never let my family or me down! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 THEY have SAVED, RESCUED, and SECURED my entire family and belongings FOR NEARLY 14 YEARS when I began calling on them when they were previously located in Bellevue 👍🏻Recently they SAVED my wife & ME $200 to $300 when I brought in a run over mangled key fob that they simply took apart and meticulously put back together for a much much much lower price! 👍🏻Also, very personable: easy to get along with. 👍🏻And they've honored me with a military discount every time 👍🏻Glad to share a GREAT review for this GREAT ESTABLISHMENT

  I spoke to both Tony (owner) and Bill (Manager) and they were helpful and professional and answered all my questions and scheduled me right away. That was a great start and then they sent Jamison, the actual locksmith, to my home and he was possibly the nicest and most professional service representative that we have ever had in our home.

  They helped to offer how to get a Pella screen door keyed to match a house key. Other companies said it was not possible or did not want to spend the time. Big Red Locksmiths were knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced!
