  We did install a new dead bolt for Ms. Spence in her apartment door and gave her new keys for the lock. Ms. Spencer did call us and told us that she believed that someone was still getting into her apartment. We asked if anything was missing and if she called the police. She indicated that nothing was missing just moved and that she did not call the police. We explained that we have no control over other means of access to her apartment and cannot guarantee that the new dead bolt will completely eliminate the possibility of someone accessing her apartment by other methods. We did suggest that she may want to install an inexpensive wireless camera to identify if someone is actually getting in. Ms. Spencer indicated that she had done this and whoever was allegedly still accessing her apartment was able to shut the wireless cameras down before entering. Our family has been in the locksmithing and security business for over 50 years and have not run into such odd circumstances. We believe that the 3-star rating was not a true reflection of the quality and professionalism that we provided to Ms. Spencer.
