  Terrible service. Called the day before to bring in 4 locks to be rekeyed. I was quoted a price of 19.00 each and was told to make an appointment for the next day. I showed up 15 min early, but he showed up 10min late. When he looked at my door locks he said he did not have the keys needed to do the job and told me to go to another locksmith. What a waste of time. Make sure you are VERY clear on your expectations before using this company!!

  Hello, When you called yesterday we asked you to call 30 minutes before arrival, you did not call and just showed up 15 minutes before, the technician arrived at 11:31 (so it means he was late in 1 minute), when you spoke with us on the phone we asked if its a regular key, you said its a basic commercial key, which was false information since you had a Sargent locks (not a basic lock). I am sorry if you feel you wasted your time but we would save it for you if you provided the correct information, Im happy you found a solution at the end, Have a great rest of the day Best Locksmith team

  I had my Toyota Camry 2011 lock done with Best Locksmith and it was very comfortable. They came to my place with in 30mins and completed all the work very fast. Ben did an amazing job with the car.
