First of all, the Murphy location is closed, but no-one mentioned it to me when I called them, so I had to drive there to find out. Next day I drove to another location to wait for 30 min and found out that they don't have a key fob for my car, even though I called in advance and asked if they have one for my car's Make and model and they said "Yes"
