We had a great experience with Barry's and Gillikin's Towing! Our car was leaking anti-freeze and needed to be towed. They were quick, efficient, and were even able to take our card number over the phone so we could leave. They also offered the most competitive price (50 dollars cheaper than our insurance offered). Highly recommended!

I've had my car(s) towed multiple times from this company.  This is the most professional tow company in Grand Rapids, MI.  The dispatchers are very friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you receive the best customer service possible. On top of that the drivers, like Ryan and Brad, are willing to help and assist you to get you to where you need to go. I broke down on my way to work and Ryan dropped me off at work and ensured my car would get to the shop of my choice.   I definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone needing a tow.

Beware of scammers, had to have my vehicle towed. Asked the drive to take it to my body shop and was told it was easier for them to take it to their lot for the insurance inspection. Was never told there was a daily storage fee by the driver. So when I call to get my bill total, it was over a hundred more than what I was told. That's when they informed me of the storage fees. When I explained that I had asked to have it taken to my body shop instead, but the driver insisted it was easier to go to the lot and  he never told me of storage fee. The owner laughed at me.

We appreciate any feedback to help us better our business. We take vehicles to body shops on a daily basis so I apologize I am unaware of this situation. In certain circumstance where the body shop is closed we may not be able to take it there without collecting payment at time of tow.

I was recently in an auto accident and the police called these guys.. the driver was QUICK to get there and to get the cars loaded and out of traffic. Afterwards when I spoke to the driver about what to do with my car he was incredibly kind and helpful..Even asking how I was (like a concerned friend or family member would) ..I would HIGHLY recommend them..

Thank goodness no one got hurt by the mustang! He was recklessly driving into oncoming traffic and by a school! You were not there to see it. The driver (Relative or husband of yours?) hit the rear of our truck and then took off. Thank goodness a officer was close by and they were able to find him! Also we do not have a tow contract with GRPD. The officer was doing his job.

Terrible customer service!  I called to get details on a bill I received and was told I needed to speak to the owner Diane but she was only available on Thursdays from 9am-noon.  It was Monday morning and I explained it was an urgent matter and I couldn't wait that long so the person on the phone said they would let Diane know the situation.  It's been two days and multiple calls to get an answer but still no call back.  Very poor customer service Diane!  I won't use your company again

I apologize the owner is not available and you feel that way Randy. Unfortunately you had spoken with the dispatcher about your bill but asked to receive a discount, which she is not authorized to do so after a charge is placed. The owner Dianne, who is currently on vacation until Thursday, authorizes such discounts that you are asking for. The dispatcher had told you she would leave a message but also she would be back on Thursday. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience.
