  I had bedroc come out since my esurance company had provided this locksmith. The guy that came out busted my door open in the process, jarring it so now it won’t close fully…. now he’s denying he did it. When I came out to sign everything , after he told me he was done getting the car open, the door was wide open so I couldn’t see how bad he messed up my door until I left to go home. My mistake fir not catching it earlier, his mistake for not being honest and unprofessional.

  Im 8 mos pregnant and requested services at 1pm and waited with the truck until 5pm for ME to call THEM, only to be told they canceled it. No call or anything, completely unprofessional and theres no consideration for their customers.

If you requested service through your motor club or insurance company, it is their responsibility to notify you of any changes to your request status. Sometimes, when a service provider is unable to accept a call from a motor club, they attempt to find another provider and do not notify the customer. If this was the issue in your case, you would want to express your concerns with the motor club, since they are the ones who did not communicate clearly with you regarding your service request. We strive to provide five star service to all of our customers, and absolutely would not leave you stranded or cancel a call without notifying you.
